Department Overview

Information technology at LGU, comprising more than one-fifth of the student population. Lahore Garrison University offers two exciting in demand degree programs BS IT (Hons) and MS IT, taught by our world-class faculty specializing in the domains of Advanced Information Technology, Databases, Software Development and Networks. The department is planning for strong growth in the coming years. The department has highly qualified faculty with academics as well as industry experience.

Vision:

To be a department as a center of excellence in domain of Information Technology (IT) focusing on learning environment, quality teaching, research and entrepreneurship, to contribute in building a better society.

Mission:

To advance in IT knowledge and pursue excellence in information technology with an all-embracing assurance to affect national development and improving quality of life, by adopting research, integration, and collaboration of culture with a focus on offering real-world solutions.
